Choose FedEx International Economy? Freight for a reliable, cost-effective solution for your less urgent heavyweight shipments. Your freight from 68 kg up to 1,000 kg per item is delivered within 4-6 business days* and you can benefit from pick-up and four delivery options: door-to-door, door-to-airport, airport-to-airport and airport-to-door.

Terms and Conditions

CARRIER LIABILITY

Unless the Sender enters a higher declared value for carriage on the (Air) Waybill and pays the required fee, the liability of FedEx is limited to the higher of a) the amount provided by the applicable international convention; b) EUR 22/kg; or c) 100 US$ per Shipment. FedEx does not provide cargo liability or all-risk insurance but the Sender may pay an additional charge for declared value for carriage above these limits, subject to an incremental charge of CZK 29 per CZK 2,740 declared value. Specific items such as artwork, film, antiques, glassware, jewellery, furs, watches, etc. are limited to a maximum declared value for carriage of 1,000 US$ per shipment or 9.07 US$ per US pound, whichever is greater. Liability of claims requires notice of claims within strict time limits. FedEx's liability is subject to strict and detailed terms and conditions. Broker Select Option (BSO): FedEx allows customers to choose their own broker for customs clearance for shipments destined to more than 220 countries and territories worldwide, including the USA.

FedEx Customs Brokerage Services: For your more complex import and export requirements, FedEx offers a range of special customs clearance services, subject to an additional fee. Contact us for more detailed information.

Fuel Surcharge: FedEx applies a Dynamic Fuel Surcharge which is based on the spot price per gallon of kerosene-type jet fuel. Information on the fuel surcharge for each month will be published approximately two weeks before the surcharge is applicable. DUTIES AND TAXES

Duties and Taxes are not included in the rates and are payable in accordance with the Federal Express Conditions of Carriage for EMEA.

All prices are effective from 4 January 2011 and exclude VAT. VAT may be applied at the applicable rate.
