Guestroom means any room or rooms used or intended, arranged or designed to be occupied, or which is occupied, by one or more guests paying direct or indirect compensation therefor, but in which no provision is made for cooking. Dormitories are excluded. Habitable space (room) means space in a structure for living, sleeping, eating or cooking. ................
