New PHA Amendment
We are in the process of amending the participating hospital agreement (PHA) at each site. The amendment includes language: To extend the study from April 1, 2017 to September 30, 2019. For sites to invoice AHA for IRB and ISC receipts within 90 days. IRB invoice should be
within 90 days of IRB approval and ISC receipts should be within 90 days of ISC meeting. To change the qualification for future ISC reimbursements. For ISC 2018 and 2019, sites
that have been actively recruiting for the 6 months immediately preceding the conference must have enrolled at least 3 patients into the Study. For sites that have not enrolled any MaRISS patients yet, their start-up costs and training fees will be paid after they enroll their first patient in the study.
