Submittal Requirements
• An 8 ½" X 11" sketch(s) which clearly delineates the specific site location. Define anything of an environmental nature (I.E., wetlands, wellfields, contamination, etc.) on or adjacent to the construction site. This information must be kept current with the Planning and Environmental Regulation Division. Attach additional sheets as required.
• One (1) set of engineering drawings, 11” x 17” drawings preferred; signed, sealed and dated by a Florida Registered Professional Engineer.
• Basis of Design calculations and documents, with first page signed, sealed, and dated by a Florida Registered Professional Engineer.
• A Brief synopsis of plant construction/modification.
• Appropriate fee. Submit a check payable to the Broward County Board of County Commissioners.
NOTE: Please contact the Florida Department of Environmental Protection for the State construction permit.

For Section 27-201(a)(5), "Wastewater Treatment Plants Fee"
(a) Proposed Wastewater Treatment Plants Construction Phase License Fee:
(1) Per gallon of design capacity $0.05
(2) Minimum fee shall not be less than $500.00
(3) Maximum fee no more than $8,200.00
(b) Proposed Modifications License Fee:
(1) Proposed modification or revision that does not change design capacity $900.00
(2) Modification to Advanced Wastewater Treatment or Spray Irrigation
a) Per gallon of design capacity (17 mills) $0.017
b) This fee shall not be less than $165.00
c) Nor more than $3,280.00

The undersigned agree to comply with Chapter 27 of the Broward County Code of Ordinances.
