This list is not intended to be sent to the county. This is for use by you, the

parent, as you prepare for a portfolio evaluation. If you have all these elements in your

child's portfolio, the evaluation will go very smoothly. Don't worry if everything is not

perfect! For further assistance and clarification of each of these elements please view the

This is the formal letter you received from the
