Please select and read any four books from the Summer Reading List. Your summer book reports are bookworm projects. After completing each book you will write a book report using one of the bookworm projects. Please use a project only once. Please include the following on each bookworm project:
❖ Write a short summary of each book, telling about your favorite part of the book on the summary sheet that is included in your packet. Click here for summary sheet
❖ Write the title, author's name and your name on each project.
❖ Illustrations should be colored.
❖ Please include the bookworm sheet with dates each project was completed.
❖ Please place all bookworm projects in a folder with your name on the cover.
The four projects should be handed in on the first day of school in September. We hope that you have fun reading and doing these bookworm projects. Have a wonderful time this summer!
