Oracle Fusion Profile Management provides a full unified view of your organization’s workforce and integrates your organization’s talent suite functions in order to understand your workforce’s capabilities.

The new features in Release 10 support your organization talent functions via a full 360 view of your workforce.

Now in order to continue supporting a unified view of our workforce, you can use a Simplified Talent Profile User Interface for the Edit Skills and Qualifications UI.

The application provides a tabular view of skills and qualifications data when editing.
