Experience

For over 25 years, Ken has served hundreds of businesses from those in the development stage to large public companies. He spent the first half of his career in public accounting as a tax specialist and business advisor. During this time, he gained key insight into the unique challenges and opportunities all business owners’ face. He currently works with business owners to plan for the successful transition of their business.

He has authored numerous articles and has been interviewed on both TV and radio covering various issues that impact business owners. He is an active speaker and has presented for several professional associations’ including the Estate Planning Council of Rochester, Rochester Bar Association, Rochester Chapter of the NYSSCPA, Financial Planning Association of Greater Rochester NY and the Society of Financial Service Professionals.

After a 23 year career in public accounting, Ken founded a business coaching and consulting practice in concert with FocalPoint Coaching. In 2010, he was a finalist in the Brian Tracy Sales Excellent Award for FocalPoint International. He was selected by Brian Tracy to coach attendees at his Total Business Makeover event which attracts hundreds of business owners from around the world.

Ken is currently the CFO/General Manager and Business Exit Planning Practice Leader of High Falls Advisors, Inc., a financial services firm in Rochester, New York.
