You can download individual episodes of Dr. Laura's program as an RSS feed or MP3 file. You can then transfer these files to an MP3 player to listen to the program away from your computer. Use the following steps to access the RSS feed and download MP3 files. 1. Go to and log in to your account. 2. In the Dr. Laura Family Members Plus area, click Download Audio.
