2021 Wine Survivor Raffle Information and Rules

Win wine and support programs that provide 13,000-15,000 opportunities every year for children in Red Deer and area

access to beneficial programs.

Participating is easy:

1. Create a team with 5 people and a catchy team name. 2. Each team player pays a $20 registration fee (to support Red Deer and

area children sponsored programs) and contributes an additional $20 for a bottle of wine that will be purchased at a local liquor store. The selection of guaranteed great wine, will make up the prizes. You may choose to enter from any of the following options:

3. a) Email registration form to dannywagar@ and eTransfer your payment of $40 per player ($200 per team) to the Kiwanis Treasurer at rdkiwanis57@ and we will purchase the wine for you.

b) Email registration form to dannywagar@ and eTransfer your payment of $20 per player ($100 per team) and drop 5 bottles of wine off to The Bistro on Gaetz, 4810A Gaetz Avenue, #1 (Little Gaetz).

c) Drop your registration form and payment of $40 per player ($200 per team) to The Bistro on Gaetz, 4810A Gaetz Avenue, #1 (Little Gaetz) and we will purchase the wine for you.

d) Drop your registration form and payment of $20 per player ($100 per team) and 5 bottles of wine off to The Bistro on Gaetz, 4810A Gaetz Avenue, #1 (Little Gaetz).

4. The payment is to be submitted along with the registration/ticket form. Each person's name, number and team name is entered into the draw.

5. Daily updates will be sent out during the elimination draw process. Each team entry has five chances to win!

Deadline to enter is Friday, December 3, 2021

6. Check your email week-days December 6 to December 10, 2021 as we eliminate players each day by random draw.

The last 4 players standing will win wine for their entire team!

Final draw Friday, December 10 at The Bistro on Gaetz

Maximum prize awards are as follows: Prize levels: will be determined by the number of teams entered

The maximum number of teams is 100 (for 500 total players) The first team eliminated will receive a bottle of wine for each player

1st Prize: 40% of the wine ? up to 200 bottles of wine for the team 2nd Prize: 30% of the wine ? up to 150 bottles of wine for the team 3rd Prize: 20% of the wine ? up to 100 bottles of wine for the team 4th Prize: 10% of the wine ? up to 50 bottles of wine for the team
