? Keep a daily journal.. Use the following topics and then choose your own: (you can also use a journal from my distance learning resources page). Make sure that you are writing complete sentences (3-5 sentences per day) with a capital and end punctuation.

1. Pretend you are building your own house. Describe it. What would it look like? What would it be made of?

2. After reading "Building Bridges", what is the most interesting bridge? Why?

? Monday ? Chapter 9 Review. Go to the printables where you Get the workbook pages and print the chapter 9 review ? pgs 567-570. Refer to Joann's School videos for help on any lesson. ? Tuesday ? Chapter 9 Test. Click on Think Central Link in Mrs.

Carney's distance learning links. Enter username: 9 digit number and password: firstname1. Click on Things to do and you will see test is assigned to you. You will take it online. Try to do it yourself. You can use scratch paper if needed. ? Wednesday-Friday Chapter 10 Lessons 1-3 Do ISE online or watch Joann's School Videos (links on links page) Print and do workbook/homework pages for lessons 1-3: 575-592 This chapter is about Data. Some questions will have students asking other students questions to complete the data. Students can ask family members, pretend to ask pets, stuffed animals, or help them make up answers ? the more real the answers are, the more sense it will make to them.

Arts ? Art Hub For Kids ? this week's challenge is to draw a house or a

treehouse. You can do your own, or go on youtube and search "art hub for kids house". This one isn't on the arthub website

? At Home with Dav Pilky? Learn how to draw DogMan and more!

? Marshmallow and Toothpick Sculptures ? if you've got the supplies, these can be lots of fun. See the link on the resources page. There are quite a few candies (jelly beans, etc) that can work instead of marshmallows if you don't have any. Send me a pic of what you create!
