Job Summary: Bouchey & Clarke Benefits, Inc., has an immediate employment opportunity for an Employee Benefits Account Manager who will be responsible for managing existing employee benefits clients. The main goals of the account manager are to retain existing clients and identify new business opportunities within those accounts. Responsibilities Include:Managing account renewals through competitive rate analysis and proposal creation.Providing customer service by responding to client and insurance carrier questions in order to resolve issues; maintain documentation; assist clients with implementation; complete policy changes; assist with claim resolution.Staying up to date with regulatory issues and communicating them with clients.Maintaining current files using the agency management system and document imaging system as required.Qualifications:3-5 years of insurance experience preferably in employee benefits.NYS Life & Health licenseGood interpersonal and organizational skillsStrong computer skillsMust be self motivated and organized.Interested candidates should send a resume and cover letter to:John MilletBouchey & Clarke Benefits, Inc.PO Box 1616Troy, NY 12181jmillet@ ................
