When you move out, chances are very good that you will be required to feed yourself. Many of you may do this already. In either case, it would be a great idea if you had some sort of clue on how to shop for and prepare nutritional meals. This assignment will require that you gain a grasp of basic nutrition as well as a rudimentary ability to create healthy and delicious meals.

a. Use the Canada Food Guide as your food bible.

b. You must follow the Canada Food Guide and fulfill the daily requirements for each of your days.

Your diet must be something that you can actually stick to. A variety of different meals are essential to success.

After reading the article, provide a reference and a short paragraph summarizing the three main ideas you got from the article. In your paragraph’s summary answer this question: How is healthy eating related to your life and how does it connect to your well-being?
