May 7-9 Mother's Day Weekend Pamper Mom this weekend. There will be a free gift for all the Moms at checkin! Join us for flower planting, Mother's Day Tea & Cookies, a Mother-Child Look-a-Like Contest, and a Silly Selfies with Mom Scavenger Hunt. Dads and kids can also make something special at our No Moms Allowed craft session.

May 14-16 Tribal Survival Weekend Can you survive one of our most popular weekends? Create your family's tribal banner and endure mental and physical challenges, including food eating contests and much more.

May 21-23 Color Splash Weekend Come enjoy a weekend full of color! Be sure to sign up for our Colorful Run on Saturday. A white t-shirt is provided for all who sign up for the run ($). Enjoy many other colorful activities throughout the weekend, such as Shaving Cream Twister and colorful slime making!

Our Elite Full Hookup Back-In RV Sites can accommodate up to 6 guests with 20-, 30-, or 50-amp electric service for your comfort and convenience. Each of these pet-friendly sites includes an upgraded landscaping package with a concrete pad that can accommodate rigs up to 45 feet in length with plenty of room for slide-outs. We've included a concrete patio that comes with a dining table and chairs, natural gas grill, and a 12-foot paver ring with a propane fire pit for your outdoor enjoyment. Each site also provides two parking spaces, plus cable and WiFi access.

Comfort Stations: We offer 4 Comfort Stations conveniently located throughout the resort complete with restrooms, showers, and adjacent laundry facilities.

Golf Cart Rentals: Add a 4-seater Golf Cart to your reservation. A 2 night minimum is required, or 3 nights during holidays. Subject to availability.

Limo Cart Rentals: Need more than 4 seats? Add a 6-seater Limo Cart to your reservation. A 2 night minimum is required, or 3 nights during holidays. Subject to availability.

Poolside Cabana Rentals: Add a poolside cabana to your reservation. Once reserved, one of our private cabanas featuring a sofa, chairs, a table, and power outlet will be waiting for you upon your arrival to the Water Zone!

Cable: Cable TV or cable TV hookups are available at every site. A channel guide is available at Guest Services.

EMERGENCY INFO

Castle Rock Adventist Hospital: Exit the resort and head north on I-25. Follow I-25 and take exit 184 to US-85 N/ Founders Pkwy/Meadows Pkwy in Castle Rock. Turn left onto US-85 N/Founders Pkwy/Meadows Pkwy. After about a mile, turn right onto Meadows Pkwy. Castle Rock Adventist Hospital will be on your right just after turning.

Sky Ridge Medical Center: Exit the resort and head north on I-25. Follow I-25 N to RidgeGate Parkway in Lone Tree. Take exit 192 from I-25 N. Use the left 2 lanes to turn left onto RidgeGate Parkway. Sky Ridge Medical Center will be about 0.7 miles ahead on the right.

REGULATIONS

Check-In: 2 PM for RV sites; 4 PM for vacation rentals.

Check-Out: 12 PM for RV sites; 11 AM for vacation rentals.

Guests/Visitors: Additional guests and visitors must register at the entry kiosks and pay $10 per person, per night. The maximum occupancy (6 people) and vehicle count (2) per RV site or vacation rental will apply. All guests and visitors are required to wear a wristband at all times.

Day Passes: Unfortunately, we do not offer day passes at this time. You must book an RV site or vacation rental, or be visiting a registered guest during their stay.

Quiet Hours: Please be courteous to the guests around you during all hours of the day. Quiet time is enforced from 11 PM - 8 AM. Please, no loud talking, loud radios, loud televisions, or other loud noise at any time.

Curfew: We do enforce a curfew ? children under age 18 may not leave their site after 10 PM unless accompanied by an adult. Children under age 5 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Parents are responsible for the actions and safety of their children.

Speed Limit: The speed limit is 5 1/2 MPH. Slow down and relax! Please do not drive with passengers on hoods, trunks, or tailgates. Be extra cautious near children! You must have a valid driver's license and vehicle insurance to operate any motorized vehicle.

Vehicles: We allow a maximum of 2 vehicles per RV site or vacation rental. Please do not park on other sites. Vehicles must display valid passes.

Personal Golf Carts: You may bring your personal golf cart as long as you provide a proof of insurance. This can usually be added to your vehicle insurance. Without this on file, your personal golf cart will not be permitted on property. ATVs are not permitted.

Bicycles: Bicycles are permitted during the day. Children must ride slowly, stop at crossings, and use helmets.

Non-Permitted Items: Skateboards, hoverboards, motorbikes, fireworks, firearms, weapons, and drones.

Campfires & Firewood: Due to local restrictions, wood burning fires are not permitted on the property at any time. Each RV site is equipped with a propane fire pit - don't forget to bring propane! Each vacation rental is equipped with a natural gas fire pit.

Pets: Your 4-legged family members are welcome! All pets must wear current and valid rabies tags, be leashed, cleaned up after, attended to at all times, and not be aggressive or exotic. Pets are the responsibility of the owner, however we reserve the right to exclude or remove any animal we deem aggressive or for any other reason in management's sole discretion. Pets are allowed on all RV sites free of charge. Pets are allowed in vacation rentals with a $50 plus tax nonrefundable fee. Limit 2 pets per site. Due to local ordinance, no pets are allowed in any buildings, on playgrounds, or inside the fences at the pool and Water Zone.

Garbage: While you may be expecting to see a few friendly bears during your stay, we share our property with other active wildlife as well. For this reason, please do not leave any trash outside of your site at any time. If you wish to dispose of trash please visit one of our many dumpster enclosures throughout the resort. The Colorado Department of Parks and Wildlife regularly patrols the resort and violators are subject to fines at officer discretion.

Dish Washing: Please wash dishes at your RV site or vacation rental. Please do not wash dishes in the Comfort Stations.

Alcohol & Drugs: Moderation and legal behavior is required. Please enjoy alcoholic beverages responsibly. Keep beer cans and other alcoholic beverage containers out of sight - either in a cooler or in a can or bottle holder. Anyone under age 21 is strictly prohibited from alcohol consumption.

Property Access: 24 hour access to the resort is available through the gates at the entrance. The exit gate opens automatically as a vehicles approaches.

Property Boundaries: Property boundaries are clearly marked. The adjoining landowners will not tolerate trespassing.

Terms of Service & Photo Consent: By accepting a reservation, Guest hereby waives, releases and discharges and covenants not to sue Sun Communities for all claims and liability for personal injury, accidents, property damage, any other claim arising out of or in connection with Guests' use of the Rental/Property. Further, Guest agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Sun Communities from all losses, claims, expenses and demands, including attorneys' fees, that Sun Communities may incur arising out of or in connection with Guests' use of the Rental/Property. Guest further agrees to be responsible and liable for the actions and safety of every person in their group. Sun Communities reserves the right to remove any renter, occupant or guest who is subject to a lifetime registration requirement under a State sexual offender registration program. Each registered guest grants Sun and/or its promotional partners the right to include photographic, video and other visual portrayals of all registered guest(s), any extra persons registered and his/her children (minor or not, if applicable) in any medium and for any purpose and agrees that such portrayals shall be Sun's sole property.
