For each strand, important concepts, related discussion topics, suggested activities, and resources are listed. The guide is bound in a spiral cover. OBJECTIVES AND ACTIVITIES: Activitils are listed for each strand. In this guide, there is emphasis on exercise and posture development, nutrition, hygiene, and criteria for consumer buying.
