For each strand, important concepts, related discussion topics, suggested activities, and resources are listed. The guide is bound in a spiral cover. OBJECTIVES AND ACTIVITIES: Activitils are listed for each strand. In this guide, there is emphasis on exercise and posture development, nutrition, hygiene, and criteria for consumer buying. INSTRUCTIONAL MATERIALS: Materials are listed under the heading of "Resources" for each strand and in the bibliography. STUDENT ASSESSMENT: No provision made. OPTIONS: None given. (JA)
