The winner of the scholarship is determined by the highest combination of GPA (for the first 7 semesters of high school) and ACT score. The guidance counselor submits each senior class’s information to the Ohio Board of Regents. The Board uses a formula to combine the GPA and ACT score to determine an index score. ................
