1. Entries may not contain, as determined by Sponsor's sole discretion, any content that: Is sexually explicit or suggestive; unnecessarily violent or derogatory of any ethnic, racial, gender, religious, professional or age group; profane or pornographic; obscene or offensive; Promotes irresponsible or excessive consumption of alcohol; promotes illegal drugs, tobacco, firearms/weapons or any particular political agenda or message; Defames, misrepresents or contains disparaging remarks about other people or companies; Contains trademarks, trade names or copyrighted materials owned by others, except those owned by Sponsor for which Sponsor has provided entrant a limited license to use as it relates to the Sweepstakes; Contains any personal identification, such as license plate numbers, personal names (other than just first name), email or street addresses; Communicates messages inconsistent with the positive images and/or goodwill with which Sponsor wishes to associate; and/or Violates any law or infringes upon the rights of any other person or company.

SELECTION OF PRIZE WINNERS/RANDOM DRAWINGS: Random drawings will be conducted by Administrator based upon the dates set forth above whose decisions are final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received for that corresponding random drawing. Entries eligible for a previous random drawing and not selected as a winner will not be rolled over into subsequent random drawings. Limit one (1) prize per person.

5. WINNING PRIZE NOTIFICATIONS/RELEASES: Grand prize and bi-weekly prize winners will be notified via the email address submitted at the time of Entry submission based upon the dates set forth above. All prize winners will be required to provide their complete name, mailing address including zip code and telephone number to Sponsor via email by the date stated within the notification email to claim prize or it may be forfeited. In the event a prize winner does not provide Sponsor with his/her information within the time period stated in the notification, that entrant may be disqualified and that prize may be awarded to an alternate winner in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries received for that corresponding Entry Period, as applicable.

6. PRIZES AND THEIR APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES ("ARV"): ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A twenty-fivehundred-dollar shopping spree awarded in the form of a check (ARV: $2,500). SIX (6) BI-WEEKLY PRIZES/ONE (1) PER BI-WEEKLY DRAWING: Each bi-weekly prize consists of the following items: one (1) Cuisinart EasyPop Hot Air Popcorn Maker, one (1) Williams-Sonoma Popcorn Sampler, four (4) Mini-Chevron Popcorn Boxes, four (4) $10 Sephora Gift Cards, eight (8) Blu-Ray Movies (exact titles to be determined by the Administrator) and an assortment of Hills Bros. Grand Prize Winner will be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability/Publicity Release and return in order to claim the prize. GRAND PRIZE WINNER WILL BE ISSUED A FORM 1099 FOR TAX PURPOSES IN THE AMOUNT OF THE ACTUAL RETAIL VALUE OF THE PRIZE AND MUST SUBMIT HIS OR HER SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER OR TAXPAYER ID NUMBER, AS REQUIRED BY LAW. The value of the prizes set forth above represents Sponsor's good faith determination of the approximate retail value thereof, and the actual fair market value, as ultimately determined by Sponsor, is final and binding and cannot be challenged or appealed. In the event the stated approximate retail value of a prize is more than the actual fair market value of that prize, the difference will not be awarded in cash or otherwise. The difference in value of the prize as stated herein and the value at time of prize notification, if any, will not be awarded. Prizes are not redeemable for cash. All prize winners will be solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes on prizes, as well as any and all expenses that may be associated with the acceptance and use of prizes. INTERNET: If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to an infection by a computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the Entry submission process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. If the Sweepstakes is terminated early, Sponsor reserves the right to select the prize winners in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received at the time of termination and award the prizes at its sole discretion.
