D & H Events is pleased to invite your company to participate in the “The Norwalk Holiday Boutique Show” held on December 17th, 2011, 10:00 am – 4:00 pm at the Doubletree Hilton Hotel, 789 Connecticut Ave, Norwalk, CT 06854 (Set up begins at 8:00 am)

Vendor Rules & Regulations

Merchandise: All items must be handmade custom products. D&H Events reserves the right to take careful consideration to approve exhibitors. Exhibitor may only sell items indicated on your application and approved by D & H events. Unapproved items must be removed immediately; failure to do so will result in Exhibitor being removed from the show. Table sharing is permitted provided all merchandise is approved.

Payment: Checks or Money order. A $50 fee will be assessed to any check returned for insufficient funds.

Cancellations: Your application is a commitment to a show. We understand that some cancellations are necessary; it is our intention to give refunds that are fair and agreeable. Cancellations and requests for refunds must be in writing. The following refund schedule will apply; 90 days or more before a show 100% refund, 89-60 days before a show 75% refund, 59-30 days before a show 50% refund, 29 days or less before a show there can be no refunds given. D&H events obtain the right to cancel an event do to hazardous conditions or by state order. A make up date will be provided, if you are unable to attend the new date a credit will be given towards a future show. No credit is given if you do not attend a registered event.

Booth Policy: Exhibitors must keep their assigned area clean and professional at all times. Storage and boxes must be put away at start of event. Exhibitor is responsible for all personal trash at the end of the show. D&H events and Double Tree Hilton are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. Placement will be determined in two ways; order of application and our discretion to provide the most planned out and diverse set up for Exhibitors. D&H Events takes careful consideration in exhibitor booth placement.

Acceptance: Exhibitors are accepted first come, according to uniqueness to a show and availability in each category. The jewelry category fills quickly, if you are a jewelry vendor please contact us before submitting your application. If you have submitted an application in which a category has been filled, you will be put on a waitlist. Your check or checks will be returned to you if a spot does not open up.

Set Up Policy: Set up hours are from 8 – 10am, doors do not open before 8am. Breakdown is from 4-5:15pm, breakdown before 4pm is not permitted. All exhibitors should be checked in by 9am in order to allow amble time for set up before the show begins. No set up is allowed once a show has begun. If for any reason you will be late or can not make a show, please call 203-451-1705.

Donation: Raffle drawings are held periodically throughout each show. If you have an item or service you would like to donate, please indicate on this application. We will use your company name where possible in advertisement mentioning the raffle. This is NOT mandatory nor will this affect an exhibitor’s acceptance into a show.

Liability: Applicant exhibits at his or her own risk. All exhibitors shall at their own expense, be responsible for insurance, liability coverage for bodily injury, property damage for their own operation. D&H Events and Double Tree Hilton will not be responsible for any injury to exhibitors their employees or guests or visitors within the confines of the space contracted by the exhibitor.

Other Information: Upon acceptance of your application a confirmation notice and all pertinent information will be sent via email. If you prefer a mailed confirmation, please include a self-addressed stamped envelope with your application. D&H Events will keep your photos on file for future shows unless otherwise indicated.
