HOME Apartments is owned and operated by the Assistance League of Santa Clara County. HOME is for out-of-town patients and families who need temporary housing while they undergo treatment for a week or more. Occupancy in these units is limited to two people - a patient and a caregiver. All applications are assessed and processed, including a thorough financial screening. Please call the Housing Coordinator in the Department of Social Work and Case Management at (650) 725-4053.

The Community Home Program recognizes the need to provide temporary housing options for patients undergoing long-term treatment when low cost housing options are limited. It places out-of-town patients and their families with volunteer hosts who live near Stanford. Participation in the Community Home Program requires a social work assessment and financial screening. Please call the Housing Coordinator in the Department of Social Work and Case Management at (650) 725-4053.
