Ways to send faxes via Microsoft Outlook

In the send field type one of two things: a. @ (e.g. 6303039651@) b. ..@ using underscores `_' instead of spaces. (e.g. Kevin_Schramm.Trifecta_Solutions.6303039651@)

The difference is that the recipient's name and company will be filled-in in the fax coversheet. You can save these as alternate email addresses in Outlook for easy repeat faxing. All of the info will be filled out in the header of the fax.
