1. Open your internet browser and type in 2. Ignore any advertising and only follow the steps below! 3. Click "Choose an image to resize".

4. Browse for the image on your computer. It might take some time for the image to upload. Be patient. You will know that the upload has been successful once you are redirected to a new page.

5. Click "rotate" if required. 6. Click "crop" and select 1:1

7. Draw a square over your image by moving your mouse while holding left button. Once done, you can move the square by dragging with your mouse to get the right fit.

8. When happy with the composition, select "apply". 9. Go to "Save image as" and select jpg.

10. Scroll down to "Resize your image" and check if the image is above 531 x 531 pixels. If your image is above this size go to "Image Size" and choose "Custom size". When choosing "Custom size" a new menu appears, where you can fill in the width and the height box. The width and the height of the image need to be equal. 531 x 531 in both boxes. If your original image is under 531 x 531 pixels you need to choose a different photo and try

again. 11. Once you have the right size, go to "Save image as" and select .jpg. 12. Click "Save & Download image" 13. Click "Download image"

14. Go to the folder where your computer automatically stores material you have downloaded. Often this folder is called Downloads. Find your image.

15. Sign in your NEOS account and upload your square image.
