The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) requires all Owner/Agents to provide each head of household (as identified in the lease) with a copy of the “Residents Rights & Responsibilities” brochure, “HUD Fact Sheet”, “EIV and You” brochure and the “Is Fraud Worth It?” informational sheet at move-in and each annual recertification.
By signing below, the resident verifies that they have been issued:
