Director – RecruitingJOB SUMMARYDirects the advanced employment sourcing and recruitment support for assigned clinical and/or non-clinicalareas. Leads the team of recruiters and assist in the providing training and support to the recruiting team.Manages the local HRIS and provides training and support to all users. Assists in the development andimplementation of Human Resources policies and procedures and their dissemination through employeebooklets, orientation, communication mediums and/or meetings.FLSA: ExemptJOB REQUIREMENTSMinimum EducationX Bachelor’s degree X RequiredX Graduate of a Bachelor's Program in Business Management, Human Resource Administration, Finance, orrelated field X RequiredRequired SkillsRequires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must beable to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.Certifications:X Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) preferred.Minimum Work ExperienceFive (5) years of staffing/recruitment experience to include the sourcing and selection of candidates.Experience within the healthcare industry and management recruiting are preferred. Five (5) years ofadditional relevant experience beyond that required may be applied in lieu of the degree requirement.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSAssists Executive Director Human Resource with the day-to-day operations of the department.Directs the team of recruiters and assist in providing training and support to the recruiting team.Job Description Designs, develops, tests, and implements reoccurring and ad-hoc HRIS management reports; documents fortechnical and end-user access.Provides HRIS support for all users; provides on-going user training.Manages various HR systems to include electronic file system and applicant tracking system.Manages data analysis and provides an up-to-date trends and practices as it relates to the hospital, Healthcareemployment, licensure/certification requirements, and common recruitment practicesPromotes effective teamwork by functioning as a back-up for other recruiters to cover during peakrecruitment, vacations or piles reports, makes recommendations on continuous improvement efforts, tracks effectiveness ofsourcing methods, cost-per-hire, budgets, etc.Manges salary administration, in partnership with compensation, to ensure compliance and equity within theorganization in coordination with Executive Director Human Resources.Manages marketing resources to source qualified candidates using the Internet, Community BasedOrganizations, print media, formal/informal networks, etc., to source a diverse candidate pool. ................
