By Purchasing a Harmony Advanced Universal Remote at Select U.S. Retailers, Consumers Can Receive Two Free Tickets to Columbia Pictures' Comedy Click

FREMONT, Calif., Jun 13, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- For a limited time, customers who purchase a Logitech(R) Harmony(R) Advanced Universal remote at select U.S. retailers will receive two free tickets to see Columbia Pictures/Revolution Studios' new feature film comedy, Click, which opens in theaters on June 23, 2006. Logitech's (NASDAQ:LOGI) (SWX:LOGN) award-winning Harmony remotes help people take complete control of today's complex home-entertainment systems.

In Columbia Pictures/Revolution Studios' comedy Click, Adam Sandler portrays Michael Newman, a family man whose busy career as an architect doesn't leave much time for his wife, Donna (Kate Beckinsale), and two kids. When he goes shopping for a universal remote, he finds the perfect device through Morty (Christopher Walken), who gives him a one-of-a-kind gadget with magical powers. With each click, Michael is able to control his career and personal life. But complications arise when the device starts to overrule his choices. Click also stars David Hasselhoff as Michael's boss, Henry Winkler and Julie Kavner as his parents, and Sean Astin.

"There is a natural synergy between the premise of this movie and the core attributes of the Harmony remote," said Collette Bunton, Logitech vice president of sales and marketing for the Americas Region. "We can all relate to Adam Sandler's character -- life is complicated and we are always looking for new ways to take control. A big source of complexity in the home today is that the typical home-entertainment system is made up of several different components, each with its own remote control. Harmony provides complete control and simplifies the entertainment experience so that the kids -- and even the babysitter -- can watch TV or a movie with a single click of a Harmony activity button."

Logitech's in-store promotion continues through July 7. After purchasing a Logitech remote at a participating retailer, customers can register it online and they will be mailed two tickets to see Click. More information about the promotion is available online at click.

About Logitech Harmony remote controls

Powered by Logitech's patented Smart State Technology(R), Harmony remote controls are designed to work the way people think, requiring just one click of a button to initiate a home-entertainment activity. For example, to watch TV on a satellite system with a digital video recorder (DVR), the TV, receiver, satellite, and DVR box may all have to be powered up and set to the right inputs. A Harmony remote can send all of the appropriate infrared (IR) commands with one touch. Without the Harmony remote, the activity might require pressing 10 or more buttons on several remote controls.

All Harmony remotes are Internet-powered: they use a USB connection to interface with the PC. They are easily programmed through a shared, online database containing information about tens of thousands of home-entertainment components and other remote-controlled devices. All Harmony customers have their own online home page that details their exact setup, which can easily be updated or modified at any time.
