Summer at the Y inspires well-balanced, healthy youth development. Children unlock new skills, discover new interests, celebrate new achievements, and share all of these character-building experiences with new friends. They are given these opportunities every day in Y Camp. For the campers, it adds up to summer fun. At the Y, we firmly believe summer is a time to let loose in the great outdoors! Campers will run, sweat, get their hands and clothes dirty, and some may even mysteriously lose a sock (or shoe, or water bottle, or hat...). We love it when campers go home "ready to rest" (wink, wink!). It means they spent their camp day in a whirlwind of

non-stop, full on, enriching summer fun. Mission accomplished!

Y CAMP FOR ALL

Y Camp continues to be one of the lowest cost, ACA accredited camps in Maryland. In fact, we held our 2018 rates steady for most 2019 Y camps. We believe in making quality camp experiences accessible to all. One way we achieve this is through our Open Doors financial assistance program. Please apply if you need help. See page 26 for details.

GET STARTED FOR LESS

Through February 28th, all camp registrations will only require a $15 deposit per week (normally $25) so you can lock in more camp weeks early and save as much as possible with our early bird special. Registrations after Feb 28th will require our regular $25 deposit per week. See page 26 for details.

Y Membership:

Y members always pay the lowest rate on Y Camp. On average, as low as $62 less per week. That's a savings of up to $620 per camper over the entire summer! The savings are undeniable: ? Three weeks of camp at the member rate saves you an average of $186 per camper. ? Seven weeks of camp at the member rate saves you an average of $434 per camper. The savings only grows if you take advantage of our early bird savings. With full year-round access to the Y including exercise classes, the best equipment, Stay & Play for the kids, family events, pools, rock walls, teen clubs, reduced rates on swim lessons and more, members can save on Y Camp and enjoy year-round healthy family fun! TO QUALIFY FOR MEMBER RATES: The child you are registering must have an active Y membership that remains active from the time of registration throughout the entire camp season. For family membership holders, the membership must be in the name of the parent/guardian registering the child.

The Y provides year-round enriching programs for children during the school year. Look beyond summer and make your plans now for the 2019/2020 school year.

Y Before & After School Enrichment gives children a fun, healthy balance to the school day where they have lots of choices and opportunities to discover new talents and interests--kinda like camp! Children go home happy and prepared for the next school day.

We feature our exclusive iDiscover program, a series of hands-on enrichment choices that exposes children to new learnings with a focus on fun. Our program also includes: ? Daily homework time ? Strategy games, STEM, art, sports,

reading, imaginative play ? Thirty minutes of daily physical activity

and exercise ? Healthy snacks ? Special guest visits

THE EXPERIENCE

Every week of camp includes theme days and spirit days where campers participate in special camp activities. We also celebrate camp "holidays", which you'll only find on a Y calendar!

Monday through Friday represents a spirit day (ex. Tie Dye Tuesday) Every Thursday brings with it a different theme (ex. Carnival) Our camp "holidays" give you something new to celebrate (ex. National Ice Cream Day) Put it all together, along with Y camp traditions like opening and closing rally and character ribbons, and you're in for a whole new level of creative summer.

SPIRIT DAYS

Move It Mondays ? We kick off new challenges every Monday to get your body moving. Tie Dye Tuesdays ? You bring the item; we'll provide the tie dye. What to Wear Wednesdays ? Wear clothes that go with the theme. Theme Day Thursdays ? Every Thursday we bring a different theme to life. Frozen Fridays ? Chill out every Friday with frosty treats.

EXTRA CAMP DAYS

* All Y Day Camps closed on July 4th.

Additional camp days may be available the weeks of June 10th ? 14th and August 27th ? 31st. This will depend on your public school system's final calendar for the end of the current school year and the start of the next school year, which is typically announced after the winter months.

During these specific weeks only, we will offer themed Fun Days where families can simply register for the days they need. Fun Day dates will be announced in April. Families who are already registered for camp at that time will receive priority registration and be notified by email.
