Warm up game- Human paper scissors rock. You will need a partner for this one. This works the same as normal paper scissors rock but instead of using our hands to play we make the shape with our whole body. One person says “paper scissors rock SHOOT” on shoot you must both quickly make your shape! Rock beats scissors- Scissors beats paper- Paper beats rockMain workout- This is a 5 minute no equipment workout that can be done at home. There are two options to complete this play/workout session. You can follow along on youtube if you have access or you can simply follow the program below. You will be doing each exercise for 40 seconds then have a quick 20 second break to get a drink then straight back into the next exercise.
