Strength and Aerobics Conditioning Classes

Aquacise (Marrero) A fun and stimulating, ultra-low impact, group exercise class in chest deep water. See Aquacise Schedule.

Boot Camp This fun and challenging `military style' class, mixes tradit ional calisthenics and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training to promote fat loss, camaraderie, and team effort.

Bosu Total Body Which mean Both Sides Utilized, allows you to train for mult iple components of fitness including balance, stability, core, and more!

Cardio Boxing Blast This high-energy class incorporates martial arts with boxing techniques in a powerful way, that ultimately boosts the metabolism, burns calories, and decreases fat. Equipment needed? Boxing gloves.

Cardio Burn Class Mixture of cardio, body weight exercises, core work, and stretching designed to keep your heart rate up to burn calories while strengthening your body and improving flexibility.

Health & Wellness The Health & Wellness Circuit consist of a circular rotation of machines that creates a total body workout. Repetitions are based on the individual's fitness level and can be tailored to all levels.

Pop Pilates Low impact, high intensity. Increases ab strength while focusing on core using light weights.

Power Pump One hour class to teach proper lifting techniques using barbells and plates. Designed to firm, tone, strengthen, and define muscles of the arms, shoulders, abs, chest, back, and legs.

Recovery Cardio Moderate, calorie burning cardio that allows muscles and ligaments to recover from the week's more intense workouts.

Spinning Our indoor cycling classes provide a great aerobics workout and are geared towards any fitness level.

Super Circuit Strength and interval training that combines low impact cardio with strength and stabilization exercises.

Tummy Tightener These classes focus on a flat stomach with specialty classes that focuses on melting fat from the midsection. Build a solid foundation while enhancing strength, flexibility, endurance, and coordination.

Zumba, Cardio Dance, Line Dancing Innovative dance workouts that combine the best choreography with the best music.

Mind/Body Classes

Flow Yoga This class is between gentle yoga and power yoga. Each pose flows from the previous pose.

Gentle Yoga Beginners can start their yoga practice with this class that moves slowly through the basic poses.

MMM-Midweek Mindful Moments Share 15-20 minutes of mindfulness, including breathing techniques and meditation to bring balance to your week. MMM--because you're worth it.

Senior Specialty Classes

Fitness 101/Senior Circuit For beginners, a low impact, moderate intensity class that will help jump start your fitness level.
