Under the direction of the Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA), the National White Collar Crime Center (NW3C) works in close collaboration with the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP) and the Police Executive Research Forum (PERF) to manage and support the LECC. National White Collar Crime Center

NW3C provides a nationwide support system for law enforcement and regulatory agencies involved in the prevention, investigation, and prosecution of economic and high-tech crime. NW3C delivers training in computer forensics, cyber and financial crime investigations and intelligence analysis. NW3C also provides technical support to agencies investigating and prosecuting high-technology crimes.

International Association of Chiefs of Police

IACP is a professional association for law enforcement worldwide, representing more than 30,000 members in more than 150 countries. IACP provides members with the opportunities to connect, participate, learn, advocate, and succeed. IACP is also dedicated to advancing the law enforcement profession through advocacy, outreach, education and programs.

Police Executive Research Forum

PERF is a police research and policy organization and a provider of management services, technical assistance, and executive-level education to support law enforcement agencies. PERF helps to improve the delivery of police services through the exercise of strong national leadership; public debate of police and criminal justice issues; and research and policy development.
