Litter-Humane Supervisor

Laurens County Human Resources is accepting applications for the position

Litter/Humane Supervisor within the Public Works Department. This position, under

limited supervision, coordinates and supervises litter and animal control officers and

activities, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, policies, procedures,

and standards of safety. Reports to the Director of Public Works. The successful

candidate should be knowledgeable in the use of computers, present themselves in a

professional manner, have a pleasant personality while dealing with the general public

and co-workers, be available after normal business hours and on-call, and be able to work

under supervision or upon their own initiative. Applicants must be 21 years of age or

older, are required to pass pre-employment drug testing, and are subject to random

testing. Requires a high school diploma or GED equivalent. Must possess a valid SC

driver's license. Compensation includes a competitive salary and a benefits package.
