Our process is simple and proven: we call small businesses in over 40 states in the U.S., and qualify owners and employees that either:

? have insurance already but would like to compare ? do not have insurance and are interested in speaking with an agent

All our leads can be filtered on the following: ? Age (23 ? 63) ? Major medical issues (no cancer, diabetes or heart problems) ? If currently insured, must pay out of their own pocket (not through their job, spouse's job, union or government) ? Affordability (if already insured, we verify that the individual is not receiving any large subsidies or government assistance.

We use the agent's name and company/agency name within the script so the prospect knows exactly who will be contacting them.

Every lead includes First and Last Name, Callback number (the business number at a minimum, and an alternate number if provided), Email Address if provided by the prospect, and all of the Filter details listed above.

Leads are normally delivered to agents via email, in one of two formats; excel spreadsheet, or a PDF file. We also have the ability to upload the leads to your CRM.

We will send any leads generated for you the day they were generated.

Turnaround times vary, depending on a number of factors (order size, states selected, price, etc.). Generally we can start an order within a week of receiving it. We do offer a "Rush My Order" option for an additional 10-20%. The number of the business that we called will always be provided as a default callback number.

HOWEVER - if there is an alternate number provided on the lead, be sure to use that.

We ask every prospect what is the best time to be contacted. If we can get them nailed down on a specific time (e.g. Tuesday at 3pm) we will note that. Otherwise we get a preferred time of day (e.g. afternoon).

The name of our representative is listed on the lead. When we call on your behalf, we will use the Agent name and/or the Agency name.

Agents should always mention the rep's name ("Last week you spoke to our associate, Gloria about lowering your health insurance premiums")
