Employee Self Service Module

Overview

The Lincoln Financial Field Employee Self Service module is a tool created for Game Day Staff members so you can receive the most up-to-date schedule information, modify personal information at any time and contact us quickly and easily. Your management team relies heavily on the use of this internet tool. This user guide has been created to give you the instructions that you need. Signing In

- Visit and click on the button that says Lincoln Financial Field Employee Information Page.

- Sign in using the following personal information. Login ID: Your Last Name + Last 4 digits of your social security number

Example: Login ID: mcnabb9999

PIN: 4 digits of your social security number

Example: PIN: 9999

- Click Login

ONE: Enter your last name & last 4 digits of your social security number

TWO: Enter the last 4 digits of your social security number

Employee Self Service Module

View My Schedule

By clicking View My Schedule, you will be able to see all the events for which you are scheduled as well as your

call times. CALL TIMES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. Make sure to check your schedule online no more than 3 days prior to each Eagles event.

- Click View My Schedule

- You can view your schedule in two different formats; calendar and list

- To change formats, click the button in the top right corner

Change to a list of events

- Click Return to Menu to return to the main page

Update My Profile

By clicking Update My Profile, you will be able to update the personal information you have on file with the Philadelphia Eagles.

- Click Update My Profile

- Make changes to your personal information. When you are finished click Submit Changes. DO NOT

FORGET TO CLICK SUBMIT CHANGES OR YOUR INFORMATION WILL NOT BE SAVED!

o Note: These changes are not immediate. They can take up to a day so please be patient. - To delete the changes you made and start over, click Reset. - To return to the main page, click Back to Menu

Contact My Scheduler

By clicking Contact My Scheduler, you will be able to send an email directly to your Payroll & Scheduling Coordinator.

- Click Contact My Scheduler

- Enter your message and click Send Message. DO NOT FORGET TO CLICK SEND MESSAGE OR YOUR NOTE WILL NOT BE SENT!

- To return to the main page, click Back to Menu

Logout

When you are finished using the Employee Self Service module, make sure to logout.
