Eagles Employee Help Desk

Overview

The Eagles Employee Help Desk module is a tool created for Eagles employees, full time and part time, so you can view paystubs, change your direct deposit information and easily access other documents such as a W-2, W4 and I-9. This user guide has been created to give you the instructions that you need. If you have any questions or need additional information, contact your Payroll & Scheduling Coordinator; Shawna Carbone (267) 570-4188 or via email to scarbone@eagles..

Signing In

- Log onto eagles.

- Register yourself as a new user by clicking Register Here.

ONE: Click Register now

- Fill out the registration info, agree to the terms of service and click Register.

Temp Password: Last 4 digits of your social security # and the year you were born. NO SPACES!

Temp Username: Last name and last 4 digits of your social security #. NO SPACES!

ONE: Enter email address TWO: Enter a password

THREE: Confirm your password

FOUR: Click to agree to the terms of service

FIVE: Click Register

- Once you have registered yourself, log in using your email address and password

ONE: Enter email address TWO: Enter a password

My Pay Stub

By clicking My Pay Stub, you will be able see a PDF version of all your pay stubs on record. - Click My Pay Stub

- Select the month, year and date for the pay stub you wish to review.

ONE: Select the month TWO: Select the year

THREE: Click on the pay stub date to view

My W-2

By clicking My W-2, you will be able to complete and print a copy of your W-2.

- Click My W-2

- Review the system requirements and instructions, enter your Access Code, click the appropriate box to provide consent for electronic delivery of your W-2 and click Consent & Continue.

ONE: Read system requirements & instructions

THREE: Click to provide consent for electronic delivery of your W-2

TWO: Enter W-2 Access Code FOUR: Click Consent & Continue

By clicking My W-4, you will be able to maintain the copy of your W-4 on file.

- Click My W-4

- Click Create My W4 to begin completing your W-4 online

- Click View a Blank W-4 PDF to see a blank version of the W-4 document

My Direct Deposit

By clicking My Direct Deposit, you will be able to edit your banking and direct deposit information.

- Click My Direct Deposit

- Edit your information including ABA Routing Number, Account Numbers, Checking/Savings accounts, Amount, Percentage or Remainder and click Continue. You will verify this information using your password.

ONE: Edit the information below

TWO: Click Continue. Verify using your password.

Logout

When you are finished using the Eagles Employee Help Desk module, make sure to logout. - Click Logout
