Dear Member,
Lupin Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is voluntarily recalling lot H800414, Expiry December 2019 of Lisinopril Tablets USP, 10mg to the Retail level. This product lot is being precautionary recalled, due to a product complaint related to metal contamination observed in one tablet.
The metal contamination is not likely to cause any injury or damage even in special risk populations like after surgery or in the elderly.
The recalled lot was distributed between April 09, 2018 and May 04, 2018 to wholesalers / distributors nationwide.
