Attention Mutual Drug Members,

This notice is to inform you of an urgent recall involving Lisinopril and Hydrochlorothiazide Tablets USP, 10mg/12.5mg manufactured and sold under the Lupin Pharmaceuticals, Inc. label. Out of an abundance of caution, this product lot is being recalled due to complaints related to brownish/blackish stains on the tablets and brownish/blackish powder observed inside the bottle. This action is being taken with the knowledge of the FDA and is being issued to the retail level. Mutual Drug has identified the affected lots and has taken steps to remove these products from stock. This recall is only for the product, batches, and sizes listed below.
