Welcome to D-Day Experience

Hello little paratroopers, I am Old Abe, the symbol of the 101st airborne division.

This division is famous because the soldiers who served in it were very brave. They parachuted over Normandy during the DDay landings and played a really important role in this event. You are going to learn more about it during your visit to the

DDay Experience.

If you are brave enough, you will be able to board an aircraft and become a real paratrooper !

I will be your guide throughout this booklet. Beware, as soon as you see

this symbol " " it means that the question is quite difficult, so you can ask

for help.
