Thank you for your interest in the Spring Craft Market to be held on Saturday, May 9, 2020 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Zion United Church of Christ.

Vendor Rules/Information:

● Booth Size: Approximately 10ʹ x 10ʹ

● Booth Rental: $35.00 including electricity, if required. Please note that we have a limited number of booths available with an electrical outlet.

● Priority will be given to vendors featuring fine arts, handcrafted items, and homemade food. All food vendors must be certified by the Marion County Public Health Department. Please send a copy of your certification with your application.

● Please submit 3 photos of your craft with your application.

● There will be no refunds. A returned check will result in cancellation of booth space in the current show and removal from the vendor list for future shows.

● Vendors with applications that are accepted will be notified by email no later than 2 weeks prior to the fair. All vendors will receive further instructions regarding the event no later than 1 week prior to the event.

● Vendors with applications that are not accepted will be notified by email.

● Vendors must supply their own tables, table coverings, chairs and extension cords. 8 foot long tables are available for $5.00 each.

● All children must be under adult supervision at all times.

● Vendors must follow the church rules posted in the gymnasium.

● Vendor Check-In and Set-Up: May 9 from 7:30 a.m. to 9 a.m.

● Booth sitters will be available to assist you if needed

● We will be having a prize drawing during the event with proceeds going to a local charity. A donation of an item from your booth would be appreciated. Please note where indicated on the application if you will be donating a prize

● Zion United Church of Christ reserves the right to refuse vendor participation at its discretion.

The booth occupant and operator, and its, his, or her employees and agents shall indemnify/hold harmless Zion United Church of Christ against any and all claims arising from any accidents, injury, or damage whatsoever, howsoever caused to any person or to any property occurring during the Spring Craft Market in the present calendar year in, on, or about the booth or booths or in the area adjoining the booth rental space, and against all expenses, counsel fees, and liabilities incurred in connection with any such claim or any action or proceeding brought on any such claim.
