Dear Fellowship Interview Committee:We are looking forward to “seeing” you tomorrow for the fellowship interviews that will begin at 2:15 p.m.?Access the meeting link via the Outlook invitation on your calendar. After you log in, please be sure your first and last name appear by using the “rename” feature. ??Here’s some general information about how we expect tomorrow’s virtual interviews to work:When you log into Zoom, you’ll automatically be put in the waiting room until we let you in to the main meeting where the program director will be welcoming the candidates.?Once we let you into the main meeting, sit tight for a minute or so while we move you to your respective interview room (breakout room). You will remain in your interview room for the entire duration of all interviews until the last applicant finishes his/her interview.?The applicants will come and go from your interview room.?After the last interview completes, we’ll send you to the “private room” to discuss the candidates, issues, thoughts, things to change for next time, comments, etc. When you’re in your respective interview room, be on the lookout for a blue banner to appear across the top of the screen to let you know an applicant will enter shortly, or that you need to wrap up your interview in 2 minutes.?Applicants will be removed from your interview room at 20 minutes; and you’ll have 5 minutes to discuss or take a break before the next one.?At each designated interview time (according to the schedule), we will add the next applicant to your interview room. (We will give you a heads up a minute prior via the broadcast feature – the blue ribbon to the top of your screen.)? Applicants may leave your interview room before the twenty minutes by clicking the “leave room” button at the bottom of the breakout room screen. If you get disconnected or need to leave, when you log back in, I’ll see you in the waiting area and send you to your designated room. For your reference, attached are the applications and summary list of applicants for you to take notes on if you need to.?To help you stay on track, the interview schedule is also attached.?Also, so you can text each other offline, I’ve also attached a list of your mobile numbers.?
