[Pages:1]Looking Forward to 2014 for Manufacturers/Distributors

As the new year gets underway, the authors of the Manufacturing Law Blog, Nicole A. Bernabo, a labor and employment lawyer; Pamela K. Elkow, an environmental, health, and safety lawyer; and Jeffrey J. White, a corporate compliance and litigation lawyer, look forward to 2014 in a series of three posts for manufacturers and distributors.

In Part 1, Pam examines what to look for at the EPA. In Part 2, Nicole shares her labor and employment watch list. In Part 3, Jeff examines 3-D printing and the rise of consumer class actions.
