Sending a BIG thank you to the maintenance men,

Nathan & Tim, for the wonderful job

they did clearing the 12 inches of snow that we received

on 1/12/19. They worked 12 hours straight to

make sure the Village was safe for all residents.

They DO work on the weekend, if necessary.

Great job gentlemen!!

Reminders & Helpful Information:

Update on 3190 Leisurewood Court: The abatement of 3190 Leisurewood Court has begun. The Board of Managers has contracted with Crossroads Construction Services, Inc. to perform the abatement and contents removal. After the abatement, the structural integrity, of the building, will be examined before the rebuild begins.

Frozen Pipes: When the temperature outside is extremely cold, you need to take precautions to avoid frozen pipes. If you have a faucet, in your unit, that is on an exterior wall, open your cabinet doors, below the sink. This will allow more heat to reach the pipes.

Garden Unit Hallways: The maintenance men have started painting the hallways in the garden units.

Condo Fees: Just a reminder that the condo fees increased on 1/1/19. The new condo fees are as follows: G2 units - $171.88, G3 units - $204.97, T3 units - $214.64 and T4 units -$233.01.

Directories: A copy of the 2019 Directory may be picked up at the office.

Parking: If you are parking on the street, please make sure your tires are not in the grass. The ground is soft and the vehicle tires are making ruts in the grass.

Taking Pride in Your Community: On January 27th, in the evening, three residents worked together to catch two young adults, who did not live in Leisure Village, loading a dumpster, beyond its capacity, with drywall. There was also drywall stacked outside the dumpster. One owner heard a noise outside and looked out to see two people, with a pickup truck, loading the dumpster. She called another owner about what she was seeing and that second owner went outside to question the culprits, who then offered her a couple bucks to let them leave the drywall. She said "NO" and ordered the two young adults to take all of the drywall and put it back in their pickup truck. At that time, a third resident came out and took pictures of the truck and the license plate. The drywall was removed and the truck left.

If you see anything suspicious please call the

Florissant police at 314-831-7000!!

All owners are invited and encouraged to attend the remaining HOA meetings scheduled

in 2019. The meetings are at 7:00 pm in the clubhouse. The dates are:

• March 26th
