Marketing Analyst - Houston, Texas

Duties:

The Marketing Analyst (MA) will manage assigned customer accounts and up-sell additional ad hoc campaigns via telephone and email. The marketing campaigns will target either (or both) the sales and service departments of the dealership through email, direct mail, voice and text. The analyst will develop relationships with the Dealer Principal and/or other members of the dealership management team and will be the primary point of contact for the customer having regular, sometimes daily contact. The analyst will begin by forming a marketing strategy with the dealer and identifying service and sales goals. The dealership and the MA will then work together to build a marketing strategy. At the end of every campaign the results are evaluated with the dealer/dealership management.

Training:

Associates will train with the lead MA and Manager. They will participate in role playing and shadow other analysts.

Requirements:

• Must be outgoing, personable, and persistent.

• Someone who is recognition motivated is important as up selling is key in the position.

• Must have good rapport building/relationship building skills.

• Must be able to work in a team environment.

• High attention to detail is important, as is the ability to multi-task.

• Must have good presentation skills.

• Must have solid phone skills with a mature, authoritative, and strong voice.
