|Promote FLI Energy’s brand, business, services & achievements to target markets and potential customers across UK & Ireland. |

|Manage marketing plans and activities. Produce and deliver marketing material. |

|Deliver suitable commercial return upon marketing/ PR investments made. |

|KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS: (Required) |

|Proven marketing background in the technical, engineering, construction or environmental sector (ideally Anaerobic Digestion/ Biogas/ |

|Biomass/ Renewable energy construction/ Power generation) |

|Broad range of marketing communications experience |

|Technically ‘savvy’: able to understand, market and convey e.g. engineering technology, biological process, technical service offerings and |

|benefits |

|Flexible and capable in communicating effectively and working across a range of target audiences and stakeholders, objectives, levels of |

|technical understanding and drivers/ interests |

|Familiar and confident in liaising with ‘trade’ publications/ editors: understands how to leverage PR, gain coverage, be published and |

|featured, news, advertorial, paid advertising space |

|Capable hands on deliverer of PR/ marketing communications |

|Adept at seeking, recognising and broadcasting ‘stories to tell’, having an eye and ear for news opportunities |

|Competent and knowledgeable in SEO and online presence |

|Effective industry/ trade conference and exhibition events coordination e.g. stands, promotion, collateral, speaker slots |

|Good understanding of the renewable energy sector |

|Commercial acumen |

|Awareness of decisions, impacts and timing |

|IT skills and wherewithal |

|Holds relevant qualifications that are necessary to fulfil duties & accountabilities: |

|Marketing or related Degree (or equivalent) |

|Full valid driving licence (to drive in the UK) |

|REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS: |

|No direct reports. Support and link closely with Sales/ Business development to produce results. Regular liaison with sales, operations, |

|engineering colleagues along with industry contacts and key service partner/ suppliers. |

|TYPICAL DUTIES: |

|Manage, coordinate and ‘hands on’ deliver marketing & PR activities |

|Manage and liaise with our external PR agency |

|Make effective marketing plans and tactics. Design and deliver integrated activities |

|Bring creative approach that is suitable, positioned and relevant to the audience, objective and situation. Express complexity in an easily |

|understood manner |

|Progressively add value to and gain return upon marketing/ PR approaches |

|Manage, plan and agree an effective marketing mix and relative priorities across channels, online and offline presence |

|Build FLI Energy brand and image working alongside and mindful of FLI group’s guidelines |

|Manage online presence, including effective SEO, realistic level of network updates and feeds, updated website content |

|Produce collateral |

|Write technical articles, general releases and content |

|Manage, coordinate and deliver refreshes and updates of brochures, stands, banners, signage, clothing etc. |

|Coordinate and enable opportunities for PR/ ‘positive press’ |

|Ensure online and offline communications are visible and effective |

|Interact, coordinate and manage specialist agencies and external suppliers |

|Conduct research and reviews, as required |

|Travel across UK & Ireland whenever required to understand and maximise newsworthy marketing/ PR opportunities |

|Work alongside colleagues in Sales/ business development activities and Operations/ Engineering for positive results |
