Client Marketing Manager Job Description



Overview:The Client Marketing Manager is responsible for designing, developing and executing marketing programs in support of American Well’s hospital system clients. The role requires an individual who has direct healthcare experience developing marketing programs for physician groups as well as patient engagement campaigns. This individual has a solid understanding of how to navigate large hospital system environments and is comfortable presenting to physicians. Duties & Responsibilities:Plan and execute direct marketing engagement programs consisting of email, direct mail, website and intranet, and marketing collateral for physician groups, to promote awareness and drive patient engagementProvide overall program strategy and guidance for clients to ensure a successful implementation Help develop and maintain “Best Practices” documents and presentations that guide our clients’ engagement with provider groups, employer groups and consumers Monitor and manage enrollment and utilization of client telehealth systems and their associated marketing programsDesign and execute weekly client surveys and monthly client emailsDevelop and execute monthly marketing reports for clients, including managing and interpreting data from multiple sourcesDevelop positive ongoing relationships with hospital system marketing teamsWork closely with American Well Account Management, Professional Services, Visual Design and Technology teams to service our major clientsParticipate in multiple weekly client meetings Manage vendors as needed to create marketing materials, videos, and emails.Required Skills:Healthcare industry background knowledge, spanning hospitals and provider networksAll marketing disciplines with heavy emphasis on direct marketing, email, social media, websites, mobile, events, PR, collateralExcellent written and verbal communicator with strong project management skillsAbility to function effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple clientsRequired experience: Email marketing automation software, Survey Monkey, PowerPoint; ExcelQualifications: 5-7 years of marketing experience, with increasing responsibilityMinimally 3-4 years of healthcare industry experience, with exposure to major hospital institutions and provider groups Experience working with or at an agency a plusBachelor’s degree required, ideally with a concentration in marketing, communications or business ................
