JOB DESCRIPTIONTITLE: Marketing & Communication ManagerJob: CIF 200DEPARTMENT: Christian Investors Financial (CIF)Date: February 2016ACCOUNTABLE TO: VP – Marketing, Campaigns & ConsultingStatus: FT Non-exempt___________________________________________________________________________________PRIMARY OBJECTIVE(S) OF POSITION Assist in the creation and maintenance of a variety of marketing and communications avenues for CIF and its various services ensuring compliance with applicable policies and guidelines (i.e. Style Guide and Playbook). Serve client churches by assisting and serving as a resource for communication related issues as it relates to campaigns and consulting.________________________________________________________________________________________________KEY RESULT AREASParticipate in the creation of CIF’s Marketing Strategy and Plan and manage the implementation of the plan Manage creation, development and distribution of CIF's marketing materialsOversee the marketing and communication calendarParticipate in the development of CIF’s marketing and communications budgetCoordinate and monitor inventory of marketing materials and promotional itemsUtilize SalesForce to track marketing activityCoordinate creation and printing of materials Participate in the creation of CIF’s communication strategy and plan and manage the implementation of the planWrite copy for CIF’ Marketing and Communication materials.Monitor and update CIF’s websiteManage CIF’s social media in compliance with CIF’s social media policyManage and contribute to CIF’s blog Coordinate communications with the EFCA and participate on the EFCA’s communication teamAssist client churches and ministries in reviewing materials they create and use as part of their work with CIF in capital campaigns and other consulting projectsOversee social media and survey tools for both internal and client purposesManage relationship with external vendors.WebCreativePrintEnsure and track compliance with financial and investment regulatory requirementsParticipate in the development of materials for CIF’s Campaign & Consulting ServicesPerform other duties as neededKEY SKILL REQUIREMENTSExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
