All lever action models are found in one serial number range from 4096 to 355419 A small number of earlier serial numbers are available including: 286, 673, 1069, 1542, 1774, 1893, 1912, 2020, 2453, 2475, 2510, 2513, 2977, 2989, 3910, 3925, 3660

Production dates range from 1883 to 1906. Some serial numbers list multiple records. Many blank records occur throughout the ledgers.

Model 1898 shotgun records range from serial number 19601 to 67000 Model 39A/M Presentation special series produced in 1960s

Surviving L.C. Smith shotgun records include ledgers from: The Hunter Arms Company | 1890-1919

Includes Fulton records and some single barrel guns. Most records include grade, gauge, barrel length, and manufacture date.
