Addendum to Notice of Claimed Infringement List of Allegedly Infringing Listings, Items, or Materials
Reason Code: 5. Uses an image and/or copyrighted text without authorization from the IP Owner.
First seller Reason Code: 5 Infringement: Jandelgifts used an exact copy of the copyrighted main massage table picture from my web pages at massage to sell innumerable plans to make a portable professional massage table. Upon contacting the seller, seller admits also using my text in the sold plans. I am awaiting a copy to verify what specific text, pictures, drawings, and advice was pirated. Because eBay only permits going back one month, an unknown number of plans were sold using this copyrighted information. 37 plans are shown as sold in the month of July. Please remove seller advertisements for this product, invalidate all prior sales, and permanently remove seller from future sales.

Second seller Reason Code: 5 Infringement: Gary32468 also used an exact copy of the copyrighted main massage picture from my web pages at massage and exact copies of my wording on those same pages to sell plans to make a portable professional massage table. Please remove seller and invalidate those and all prior auctions that used my property.
