Mechanical Design Engineer

Minimum Education:

Bachelor’s Degree or Associates Degree in Mechanical Engineering

Minimum Experience:

Minimum of 2+ Years of experience required

Responsibilities:

• Participate in design review meetings

• Under general direction of engineering managers and customer specifications, develop and design equipment using 3-D CAD software

• Perform sizing calculations for drive systems, motors, cylinders, overhead rail systems, etc.

• Prepare approval, detailed, assembly, and installation drawings

• Generate bill of materials using in-house ERP database

• Answer questions from the shop during the manufacturing and assembly process of the equipment

• Work with controls engineers to debug and prove out the equipment on R. P. Gatta shop floor while closely simulating the customer’s manufacturing process

• Participate in Buy-off of equipment

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Software Engineer

Minimum Education:

Bachelor’s Degree or Associates Degree in Electrical Engineering

• Cut, strip, and crimp cables

Pneumatic/Hydraulic Pipe Fitter
