OneVoice Digital's aim is to support membership organisations build engaging communities of common interest online. OneVoice Digital delivers UnionCloud which enables effective engagement with members through a selection of modular tools to form a perfect online presence and TOTUM (formerly NUS extra), a high profile and all-encompassing free app that connects students with every-day student life, from discounts, events, proof of age ID, and more. Currently our customer base of around million members is expanding beyond this as the TOTUM product grows and delivers more features and benefits to customers and brand partners.The Head of Marketing will be responsible for marketing TOTUM and UnionCloud to customers and sales channel partners. With extensive experience of B2C marketing and membership acquisition, you will be responsible for developing marketing strategies to acquire new members, and retain existing members, and grow the reputation and brand of TOTUM. You will be responsible for overseeing the TOTUM social channels, which can have a monthly reach of over 30 million people in peak months, using your experience of writing content strategies. You will additionally work closely with the Head of Affiliates to continue to provide cutting edge brand promotions to students as OneVoice Digital continue to grow our membership and market share.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the marketing strategy for TOTUM to acquire new members across a portfolio of paid and free members, across all channels including web, social media and B2B partners.Manage the multi-disciplinary marketing team, coaching and hiring as requiredMarketing UnionCloud within the annual sales cycleSpecific Duties and ActivitiesDevelop and deliver the marketing campaign plan to ensure they are aligned with the strategic KPIs for the organisationTo develop the TOTUM brand strategy during a period of rapid customer acquisitionTo work closely with the Head of Affiliates to ensure that media plans for the household name national brands that are represented on TOTUM are delivered to excellent standards and with maximum impact.To work collaboratively across the teams in OneVoice Digital, particularly engineering and customer success, to ensure that all channels offer the customer an excellent user experienceTo work with data to deliver regular reports to all levels of the businessTo lead key marketing relationships with key marketing partnersShared Duties and ActivitiesTo assist other members of OneVoice Digital departments as required.To develop and maintain excellent relationships with internal and external contacts including (but not exclusively): line managers, direct reports, staff and otheres involved in digital product usage.To undertake any other reasonable duties or projects as required by your Line Manager.Ethical Digital is important to OneVoice Digital.
