Hilton Sandestin Beach Golf Resort & Spa Announces Enticing New Year's Menus at Sandcastles Restaurant

Hilton Sandestin Beach Golf Resort & Spa has announced a New Year's Eve Special and New Year's Day Brunch at Sandcastles Restaurant and Lounge. At just $38.95 per person, the New Year's Eve Special includes a three-course meal meticulously crafted by the resort's executive chef, Dan Vargo. The first course features a choice of Organic Field Greens Salad or Soup du Jour. For the second course, guests can enjoy Carved Prime Rib with Yukon Gold and Roasted Onion Mashed Potatoes, Grilled Jumbo Asparagus and Baby Carrots, and Red Wine Jus. The third course finishes with a White Chocolate Cheesecake complete with Fresh Berries and Whipped Cream.

The following day, guests can start 2019 with New Year's Day Brunch. At $32.95 for adults and $16.95 for children ages 6-12 (children 5 and under eat free with paid adult), the menu highlights seasonal favorites, such as Baby Spinach Salad with Candied Pecan, Aged White Cheddar, Red Onion and Herb Vinaigrette; Creamy Chicken, Mushroom and Onion Casserole with Cornbread Croutons; and Sliced Beef Brisket with Mushroom and Onion Gravy. Or, guests can pick from morning favorites at the buffet, featuring madeto-order eggs and omelets, pancakes, breakfast potatoes, sausage and bacon, seasonal fruits, and more. For those looking for a little "pick-me-up," Hangover Cures such as the HSB Bloody Mary and Bottomless Mimosas are offered at an additional charge.
