This workshop takes complex legal standards and translates them into guidelines for processional behavior through an interactive and experiential learning format. In addition to its realistic videos and skill-building exercises, Civil Treatment? for Leaders teaches concrete behavioral guidelines that produce tangible results in the workplace and support our Culture of Excellence Unsurpassed.

Coaching For Performance

This workshop examines the coaching process, how to build trusting relationships, coaching conversations, and coaching tools. Participants receive an in-depth look at a coaching competency model that builds relationships and maximizes growth. A self-assessment is used to assess strengths and developmental areas.

Diversity Essentials

In this workshop participants learn the necessary leadership skills for the successful management of culturally diverse team members and the provision of culturally and linguistically appropriate services when caring for patients from the predominant diverse communities served by Hackensack Meridian Health.

Managing Performance Problems
