My mom has dementia and lives in an assisted living apartment. She can no longer look things up on the internet, so she asked for an atlas so that she can find places on the map when she's watching international real estate shows, or around-the-world cuisine shows.The fact that this is written simply (for kids), and the maps are easy to find, mean she is able to get only the info she needs.

best atlas for the money and updated, not a good index in the back tho

I love it - my grandson just likes it ... it is for school projects : )

Our grandson loves it and even helped him win a geography championship in his school.

Lots included but almost to much for 4th grade. I find it easier using the school version but informative.

Just what I wanted. A good idea of where places are.

It is a good map reference source for any student, teacher, or anybody who needs to look in the maps of the world. To live in the world and to know where you are today, where you will be tomorrow, and where you will never go - is important for your understanding of your own place and purpose in the world.
